The Rossiter System

The Rossiter System

Stretching the Pain Away

I want to let you know that to enhance my therapeutic work I learned something a little new and a little different that might interest you.

I now use some really powerful stretching techniques called The Rossiter System. They’re different than traditional massage, because they’re deeper and more powerful than traditional massage, and they can get you out of pain a lot quicker.

But that also means a few other things will be different when you come in for your appointment:

  • First, you won’t have to get undressed, because these stretches are done with you on the floor on a soft mat.
  • Secondly, you’re going to really work hard doing these stretches to get your own body out of pain, because you know where it hurts inside better than anybody else. These stretches are especially good at getting rid of the really deep pain that seems to stay in your body or come back in a few days no matter how much I’ve worked with it.
  • And lastly, your appointment might not take an entire hour, because these stretches are really quick, so if you’re pressed for time and don’t have an entire hour, I can get you in and out the door within about 30-40 minutes. Or we can mix a Rossiter Workout with the repetitive session I do if that makes more sense to you.

These stretches aren’t for everybody, but I wanted to let you know that using The Rossiter System is now an option at Holistic Care Approach.
