Esoteric Healing means deep inner healing. It is a “hands-off” system of treating the energy flow of the human body in order to promote health and balance. It is a way to access energies, emotions, and thoughts that may be hidden or unconscious, such as trauma and painful memories from life challenges, major life changes or even childhood. With Esoteric Healing, the release of these stored energies can be gentle and effective.

Balancing and integrating the flow of the physical, emotional, and mental energies are other key aspects of Esoteric Healing. When the energy flow is blocked or restricted, an imbalance occurs which may result in illness or disease. Stress and inner restrictions can be neutralized to support vitality and healing.

The Esoteric Healing session is done “hands-off” through the non-physical structures, known as the subtle energies or subtle bodies (etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual). The physical body is accessed via the subtle bodies to connect with individual nerves and the central nervous system which activate and coordinate the entire human form. Although there is no physical touch, some people experience sensations of shifts and movements in the body.

The session is one hour and includes 10-15 minutes of initial discussion of healing desires and intentions, 30-40 minutes of the energy treatment, and then 10-15 minutes of discussion afterwards. Insights and suggestions are shared to support daily health and living. Some benefits that have been expressed and experienced from an Esoteric Healing session are: relaxation, a sense of feeling lighter and softer, a refined awareness of self and surroundings, relief from pain and distress, understanding and new perspectives of one’s life experiences, inspiration, renewal, and vitality.

Deborah Graham has studied and utilized Esoteric Healing since 1991. She began her official private practice of working with individual clients in 1998 and maintains an office in East Lansing, MI, as well as the weekly visits to Holistic Care Approach in Grand Rapids, MI. Deborah also serves as a Certified Teacher for the International Network of Esoteric Healing (INEH) which is a global group supporting healing of body, mind, and spirit. She began teaching in 1996 and has taught classes and presented lectures nationally and internationally on healing, metaphysics, astrology, and consciousness.
