Terry Bienkowski C.H.

Terry Bienkowski is a clinical hypnotherapist and instructor with the American Board of Hypnotherapy with over 18 years experience in the field. She is also a professional speaker and workshop leader. Terry has taught the use of guided imagery for healing enhancement and pain control to many hospitals, among them, The University of Chicago Hospital. She is a former radio and T.V. talk show host and is currently writing an advice column for Women’s Lifestyle magazine. Terry is also the creator of an audio cassette series for women who have had breast cancer called, “Into the Heart of Breast Cancer.” Her newest cassette releases are for children. “Peace Child”, designed to raise a child’s self-esteem and “Drift Into Sleep”, to enhance a peaceful night’s sleep.

Terry teaches effective, proven tools people can easily use to unlock self-defeating habits and behaviors, change old beliefs and gain more awareness and control in their lives. Her powerful personal message and abundance of resources and knowledge has helped thousands of people to overcome unwanted behaviors and live a higher quality of life.
