The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course is designed to help you establish your own unique mindfulness practice, to teach you techniques that can help reduce the physical and emotional symptoms of stress and improve your overall quality of life. The classes are intimate, experiential and focus on helping you understand the various aspects of stress.
