In this 4-week class, we will explore a heart-centered approach to mindfulness meditation, posture, and breath. This blended approach brings us into skillful relationship with ourselves and the world around us.

Reclaim Your Wholeness follows a different theme each time it is offered, making it a useful format for those looking to develop their practice over time.

March Theme

Cultivating Resilience: Meeting Life on Your Own Terms

    • Class 1 – Cultivating Optimism
    • Class 2 – Facing Fear
    • Class 3 – Emotional Flexibility
    • Class 4 – Meaning, Purpose, & Growth

Each week you will be guided in practices that gently move your body, expand your breath, calm your mind, and open your heart. Yoga and meditation were never meant to be separate disciplines; they were always intended to be practices of unification. Restoring your wholeness is a gift only you can give yourself.

Some things you will learn: 

    • Basic gentle yoga postures
    • How to use the breath to calm the mind and emotions
    • How to settle into meditation with comfort and ease
Registration Information:

Cost for all 4 sessions*: $85 – $125 Sliding Scale Tuition – Registration Deadline is March 4th
