Mary earned a Pilates certification from the Physical Mind Institute and is a national board certified Health and Wellness Coach. She is also an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Group Fitness Instructor, Behavior Change Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
Mary’s goal is to provide a safe and effective Pilates program for the new exerciser to the well-conditioned athlete. Pilates offers mind/body integration, an increase in strength, flexibility and proper body alignment for improved posture and ease of movement. Mary truly embraces the Pilates philosophy that change happens through movement and movement heals.
