In therapy, Rachel Duhon, MA, LPC, uses an integrative perspective, addressing developmental, social, relational, physical, and spiritual dimensions. She utilizes aspects of emotion focused, cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psycho-dynamic approaches. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Rachel also attends to the somatic and physiological expression of emotional pain and utilizes a variety of mind/body techniques with clients. Because Rachel believes every person is unique, she tailors her approach and techniques in a way that best suits each individual. Wherever her clients may be in life, Rachel’s goal is to help them embrace their strengths and find the happiness they seek.

Rachel is a Limited Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan. She received her Master of Arts from Western Michigan University.
